Refund policy

NOTE: Once the Bat is purchased it wont be refunded or returned as it's against our policy. Always make an unboxing video once you receive the parcel to capture any prior damage on the product. 

Exchange Policy

The bat will only be exchanged if it gets damaged while it was shipped. To avail the replacement we will require a proper proof of an unboxing video to show the damage. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us through WhatsApp 6006198654. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

The product will only get exchanged, it wont be returned/ refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
